Using GreenSteps timber Euro profile windows and lift and slide doors
GreenSteps supplied our Euro profile triple glazed windows and lift and slide doors, neatly combining to create a wall of glass, with frame elements perfectly aligned with the building’s steel structure and creating a bright and airy space for the open plan village hall.
Proudly proclaiming to be the UK’s only earth sheltered village hall, this project had specific requirements for its windows and doors. GreenSteps worked closely with the architects Newton Architects to ensure we complied with this, providing timber framed windows and sliding doors with triple glazed units for minimal heat loss.
The result is a perfectly balanced facade, with easy to operate lift and slide doors enabling large areas to be opened to the outside in this beautiful natural setting.
